"I purchased a Craftmatic bed on 16th October and it arrived without a headboard. The delivery driver told me this must be ordered separately which I did immediately with a promise of 2/3 days delivery. The price quoted was £173.63 for a 3ft Colonial headboard.plus £70 fitting (ridiculous) I am still waiting for deivery and even a delivery date. Furthermore the price of the HB on this page is £75.65 4/6weeks del.Why have I been charge£173.63 and my cheque for this amount cashed"
